ALKA pH10 is a brand owned and operated by United Energy Solution Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of the ALKA pH10 website and your purchase of ALKA pH10 products, including subscription orders, sold through our store at our official ALKA pH10 store. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
What you're agreeing to: The ALKA FLOW Monthly Case Plan charges your payment method on file every 30 days, automatically, until you cancel. The amount depends on the format you select at checkout: $60 for four 24-packs of 20oz bottles (96 bottles) or four 12-packs of 1-liter bottles (48 bottles), and $60 for four 6-packs of 1-gallon jugs (24 gallons). The price for your chosen format is shown before you confirm.
This is a recurring, auto-renewing charge. Your subscription will continue and your card will be billed each cycle unless you cancel before the next billing date.
How to cancel: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard on our store, with no phone call required. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled charge; you will not be billed again after cancelling.
No cancellation fees. There is no penalty, fee, or minimum commitment period for cancelling.
You will receive an email confirmation when you subscribe, confirming the price, frequency, and product. You will also receive advance notice before any price change to your subscription takes effect, and you may cancel in response to that notice before the new price applies.
One-time purchases (non-subscription orders) are single transactions and do not recur.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate, but errors may occur; if a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the order at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.
Current delivery areas: Subscription orders are currently fulfilled only to addresses within approximately a 50-mile radius of one of our fulfillment hubs: the Greater Los Angeles area (Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, and Beverly Hills, California) and South Florida (Boca Raton, Florida). Orders placed for addresses outside these areas may be cancelled and refunded. As our fulfillment network expands, delivery areas will grow — the checkout and the delivery check on our site reflect the current zones.
Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
