These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern participation in the ALKA pH10 Affiliate Program (the “Program”), operated by United Energy Solution Inc (“ALKA,” “we,” “us”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.
Rate: Up to 10% of the product subtotal of each Qualifying Purchase (defined below), excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, and discounts funded by ALKA.
Referral window: 30 days from the last click on your tracked link, on a last-click attribution basis.
Payout: Monthly, Net-30 after the close of each calendar month, once your accrued balance reaches $50. Balances under $50 roll forward.
A “Qualifying Purchase” is a completed purchase of an ALKA pH10 product on our official store by a customer who reached the store through your tracked link within the referral window, where the order is not cancelled, refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent, and where your promotion complied with these Terms. Subscription products earn commission on the first order only unless we notify you otherwise in writing.
The following are not commissionable: your own purchases or those of your household; orders placed with misused or unauthorized discount codes; taxes, duties, and shipping; and any order arising from conduct prohibited by Section 5.
Referrals are tracked with links, codes, or cookies we (or our affiliate network provider) issue. We are not responsible for untracked sales caused by blocked cookies, private browsing, link modification, or technology outside our reasonable control. Our tracking records are the system of record for commission calculations.
Required — FTC disclosure. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to ALKA near every affiliate link, post, video, or mention, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) — e.g., “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.” Disclosures must be visible before the audience clicks, not buried in a profile or below the fold.

ALKA pH10 is a bottled water product. Statements describing pH level, filtration process, and mineral content are product specifications — they are not health claims. You are responsible for ensuring your promotion complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including FTC advertising rules and, where relevant, FDA regulations on food and beverage marketing. We may require you to correct or remove content that we believe is non-compliant, and you must do so within 48 hours of notice.
While you are in good standing, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ALKA pH10 name, logo, and marketing assets we provide, solely to promote the Program as described in these Terms. You may not alter our creative, create derivative logos, or use our marks in any way not expressly permitted. All goodwill from use of our marks inures to us. The license ends immediately when your participation ends.
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You have no authority to bind ALKA. You are solely responsible for your own taxes on Program earnings; where required by U.S. law, we will report payments (e.g., IRS Form 1099-NEC for U.S. affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year).
Either party may end participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email suffices). On termination, earned commissions on valid Qualifying Purchases made before the termination date will be paid in the normal payout cycle. Commissions are forfeited where attributable to fraud, self-dealing, or material breach of these Terms, and we may claw back amounts already paid on orders later refunded, charged back, or found fraudulent.
We may modify these Terms, commission rates, or the Program itself prospectively at any time by posting an updated version and, for material changes, notifying active affiliates by email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Rate changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
The Program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any level of earnings, uptime of tracking, or acceptance of any application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Energy Solution Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program, and our total liability under these Terms is limited to the commissions properly payable to you for the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You will defend and hold harmless United Energy Solution Inc and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your promotional methods, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
