Product & Water

What makes ALKA pH10 different from regular bottled water?

Three numbers: pH 9.7–10.0, verified before bottling. TDS 35 ppm. And ten plastic polymers all returning non-detect in independent lab testing. Physician-formulated — and members get it delivered for 63¢ a bottle.

What does ALKA's pH 9.7–10.0 actually mean?

pH measures how acidic or alkaline water is on a scale of 0 to 14, where 7 is neutral. Most bottled water sits between 6.5 and 7.5. ALKA pH10 is tested at 9.7–10.0 before it's bottled, and the minerals that get it there — potassium, magnesium and bicarbonate — are what give it its taste. We don't make health claims about it: it's water, and we'd rather tell you what's measurably in the bottle.

Is it safe to drink every day?

Yes. It's bottled water, regulated as a food, and made for everyday drinking — at your desk, at the gym, or anywhere you'd reach for a bottle. If you have a specific medical condition or you're on a restricted-mineral diet, check with your physician first, as you would with any food or drink.

Can I drink it during workouts?

Of course — it's water, and the 20 oz bottle fits a gym bag. We make no claims about athletic performance, recovery or hydration speed. It's a bottle of water — take it wherever you'd take one.

What does ALKA pH10 taste like?

Clean and crisp, with no metallic or chemical aftertaste. The mineral profile gives it a smoother mouthfeel than most bottled water — which is a matter of taste, so the honest answer is to try one and see.

Subscription & Billing

How does the ALKA FLOW subscription work?

Tap once. Four fresh 24-packs a month — 96 bottles — land on your doorstep for $60 instead of the $139.96 they cost one-time. Pause, skip, or cancel from your account anytime. Setup takes about a minute, and then you stop thinking about buying water.

What if 96 bottles a month is too much for me?

Skip a month with one tap and your next delivery pushes back — you're never charged for water you don't need. Ninety-six bottles is about three a day for a two-person household. Drinking less? Skip months as you need, or switch formats — the 1 Liter plan sends 48 larger bottles instead of 96 small ones, for the same $60.

Can I really cancel anytime, or is there a catch?

Really. Ten seconds, from your account, no phone call, no retention script, no contracts. We'd rather earn your next month than trap you into it. That's also why the worst case here is: you drink a month of independently tested pH 9.7–10.0 water for $60 and walk away.

Shipping & Delivery Areas

When will my deliveries arrive?

We deliver on neighborhood routes. After your first order we confirm your area's delivery schedule, and your packs arrive through the month. It's how delivery stays free: your street is already on the route.

Which size should I choose?

Pick by how you drink water, not by the math. One or two people — or water that travels with you to the gym, the car, or set — the 20oz 24-pack or the 1 Litre 12-pack. A household of three or more, or anyone refilling a pitcher or dispenser at home — the 1 Gallon 6-pack. Every plan is the same $60 a month with free delivery, and you can switch format any time without cancelling, so choosing is low stakes.

Is delivery really free?

Yes — free alkaline water delivery is included with every subscription. All four monthly packs arrive at your door at no delivery charge, anywhere inside our Los Angeles and South Florida zones. We can do this because our trucks have been running these routes for seventeen years — your door is already on the way. One-time orders inside the zone are delivered on the same routes; outside the zone, shipping is quoted up front before you pay, never sprung at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

Subscriptions currently deliver within 20 miles of our fulfillment hubs: Greater Los Angeles (Hollywood — covering central L.A., the Westside, Downtown, and the Valley through Woodland Hills) and South Florida (the Boca Raton area). Use the delivery check in the Shop section to confirm your ZIP.

What if I'm outside the delivery zones?

Join the waitlist — enter your ZIP in the delivery check on the home page and you'll get a one-tap waitlist link. We're expanding region by region, and waitlist members are first to know when we reach them.

Returns & Refunds

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Affiliate & Influencer Program

Do you have an affiliate or influencer program?
