Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If you cancel after a charge has processed, that cycle's order will still ship — see refund options below.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@alkaph10.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items — your choice.
Unopened one-time orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Because this is a consumable beverage product, opened cases are only eligible for refund or replacement if there's a quality issue — see "Damaged or incorrect orders" above.
Subscription charges are billed automatically every 30 days per the terms disclosed at signup (see our Terms of Service). If you're charged for a cycle you intended to cancel and you contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we will refund that charge in full — no questions asked.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
